Beyond Kashmir follows a different rhythm from the familiar sightseeing circuit. From Jammu, the journey moves through Srinagar into Naranag’s village surroundings, then towards Domail’s meeting streams and the alpine landscapes around Sonamarg.

Meet the team for your morning pickup in Jammu and begin the scenic drive to Srinagar. The first day is about arriving: watching the landscape change, checking into your hotel and taking time to settle in.
If time allows, explore the nearby surroundings at an easy pace. Dinner and an overnight hotel stay prepare you for the quieter valleys ahead.
After breakfast, leave Srinagar for Naranag, with sightseeing around Ganderbal on the way. The setting shifts from city streets to a Himalayan village surrounded by forest and mountains.
Check into your homestay and spend time exploring the village surroundings. Dinner and an overnight stay make this more than a passing stop: a chance to experience a different pace of Kashmir.
Breakfast is followed by the planned trek to Domail, approximately 2 km, with the source itinerary estimating 30–45 minutes. Take your time with the valley and streamside scenery; actual walking time depends on the group and conditions.
An onward trek to Marchoi is optional. A riverside camping experience, dinner and an overnight stay give the day its special character. Trekking and camping arrangements remain subject to local safety and weather conditions.
After breakfast, transfer towards Sonamarg and explore the surrounding alpine scenery. This is a day for mountain views and time outdoors, with the route and stops adjusted to conditions.
Continue to the planned Astanmarg homestay. The source itinerary includes an evening bonfire and jam session, followed by dinner and an overnight stay; local arrangements are confirmed before travel.
Your last morning begins with breakfast and a traditional Shikara ride on Dal Lake. After the village trails and camping night, the lake brings a familiar Kashmir moment to the end of the story.
